Updated on September 23, 2025

Hi I was wondering if you could help me, I recently switched my dogs onto James wellbeloved, I bought four, 20kg sacks, I was wondering how long will that last 8 dogs? 7 are small chihuahua sized and one is a cocker spaniel my small dogs eat 1 big bowl and my cocker eats 2 big bowls I had to save money to buy that much food I’m asking this question so I can know how days I have before I need to buy more as I need to save money as It’s out of my price range but I want my dogs to be healthy

Thank you for submitting your question regarding your dogs. I would start by accurately measuring out how much each pet consumes per day. You can use a measuring cup designed for baking. This helps you know exactly what they are eating and can help with weight management. In your case though, it will let you know how muh food you are using per day. You will need to add up the food given to each dog. Then divide this amount by the total amount of food you have purchased. This will give you the number of days your food supply will last. I hope this information helps!
