Why is my American Bully puppy pooping yellow, rubbery pieces?

Could he have eaten any plant material on the yard with a similar appearance or gotten into human food? Has he chewed any toys made out of that material. If Beltre is not straining to defecate he is likely not constipated. To me it does look like he could have something in the stool that could be causing it to appear rubbery and dry. You could put on some gloves and try to pick it apart to get a better idea if there is something there. If he is eating normally without vomiting and continues to pass stool without issue I wouldn't worry about it too much.

I'm sorry to hear that Bullet is having trouble with his bowel movements. There are some reasons that he would have mucoid/yellow colored diarrhea. He could have dietary indiscretion causing gastroenteritis (eating something that didn't agree with him), intestinal parasites or something more systemic. If your dog is not eating, acting lethargic and having diarrhea or anything else concerning, I would take him to your veterinarian to get a full check up. If your dog is eating and doing well otherwise, you can try some supportive care at home such as a bland diet (boiled chicken and rice) and see if his stools become more normal. If so, you can continue the diet for 2-3 days and slowly transition him back to his normal food. If he does not get better, I recommend taking him to your veterinarian.

Based on the fact that Teddy is acting normal, there may not be anything serious going on. I would recommend to have his stool checked for parasites including Giardia. These are easy tests and would account for the change in his stool character. If these tests are negative, you may choose to do nothing else except monitor him. I can see that some of this stool looks a little yellow and that there might be some foreign material, but otherwise it looks formed and I don't see anything concerning like blood or mucous. As long as Bo isn't straining to defecate, vomiting or not eating as well I wouldn't be concerned about his stool. The makeup probably isn't to blame since I would expect you to see changes a day or two after it was ingested, not a week later.

It's highly unlikely to be related to the vaccination, he probably ate something either at home or outside that might be causing this. if he is his normal self otherwise then no reason to panic, if the yellow stools do not resolve then i would recommend taking Quinn to the vet to get it checked.
