Where can I find affordable vets for my puppies in Jonesboro, AR?

Thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach! The prices for veterinary hospitals vary greatly depending on the area where you live and what type of clinic you are going to (corporate such as Banfield, a private practice or a shelter that has a spay/neuter/vaccine clinic). You could call around to your local options to get pricing for an initial exam and shots, and then would be able to discuss surgical needs during that appointment. Good luck!

Unfortunately, there are no veterinary clinics located in Petco stores in your area - yet. You can get vaccinations done at Vetco vaccination clinics, as well as heartworm and flea and tick prevention. Be sure you get Tars in before he is 6 months of age, and he won't need a heartworm test. He should also be dewormed against intestinal parasites. Vetco vaccine clinics don't charge an exam fee, but they will charge you for the vaccinations - here is a link to a map of Petco's in your area with Vetco clinics: chttps://www.vetcoclinics.com/services-and-clinics/clinic-locations-and-schedules/?zip=60606#maptop . Also, their prices for services are here: https://www.vetcoclinics.com/services-and-clinics/vaccination-packages-and-prices/ . Finally, you can get nail trimming and anal gland expression done at the grooming salon in your Petco, and most of them even offer training. So pick the one that is most convenient for you!

Hi and thank you for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach! Congrats on your newest addition. I would recommend calling around to veterinary clinics near you and find out how much an exam costs and associated vaccinations. Every veterinary clinic is different in pricing. Good luck!

Thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach! This depends on the clinic that you go to. I would highly recommend that you contact the clinic you are planning to go so that they can give you a more exact estimate. You can also contact your local humane society as they sometimes offer spay clinics that are less expensive. Best of luck!

Thank you for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach and congratulations on your new puppy! I recommend having Abby seen by a vet - they can administer Abby's vaccines, deworm her if necessary, recommend a good quality puppy food, and flea/tick/heartworm prevention. At her young age, I recommend keeping Abby somewhat confined to an area of the house where she cannot get into trouble/eat things she shouldn't. She should also not go outside before she is fully vaccinated. I hope this helps and wish you luck with your new puppy!
