My stray cat is sick, I can't touch it, and there's no vet nearby.

You should be able to borrow a Have a Heart trap or other safe trap to catch her. Then you can take her in the trap to get treated. Put food inside the trap and leave it near to where she is. When it’s dark and she’s hungry she should go inside and won’t be able to escape. This Is safe for both you and her. Once she’s treated they may spay her and release her back to your area. The eye probably needs topical medications so you will have to catch him to even try. I would recommend offering him canned cat food so he can eat without much discomfort. If he eats the canned food, maybe you can use it to lure him into the trap. Good luck!

However, the best thing you can do is to keep him as quiet as possible for now until you can have him evaluated by a veterinarian. He likely has trauma in multiple places which is why he is so responsive to the touch. Often times after fights they have injuries beyond what you can see from the outside. They would be able to check the extent of the injuries and recommend the best course of action but for now, I recommend that you rest him as much as possible and keep an eye on him to make sure he is ok. If it is possible I would take this cat to the SPCA or a veterinarian. This wound needs to be cleaned up and the cat needs antibiotics. If you take her to a veterinarian you would have to be able to medicate her without her running away from you and to do it safely. If you would like to continue to take care of her I would also recommend a Rabies vaccination for her to have her protected especially since you will be handling her. It looks like this little girl has a bite wound. I would recommend trapping the cat and bringing it to a shelter if one is available. I would be cautious about touching her just in case the animal that bit her had rabies. She need veterinary care, this is not something you can take care of at home. I would recommend you contact your local charities to source a cage cage which you can trap him with. He requires a full examination and antibiotics and should also be tested for FELV/FIV as he may have a weakened immune system also

Wounds can be challenging to manage, especially if a cat will not tolerate you trying to clean it. It is possible that the wound will heal over time on its own with scar tissue. However, there is also a chance that the skin is too damaged or will become so infected with bacteria that it will not heal. I recommend monitoring the area frequently and bringing the cat back to the veterinarian if the skin appears to be becoming black or nonviable, or you notice excessive abnormal discharge that is yellow/thick.
