Hi, my kitten does not like it when i try to rub it off and cut the fur, im worried if it isnt poop... is it safe to cut it or do i have to leave it and take him to the vet? They poop seems to be watery
Hello, congratulations on your kitten. It does indeed look like poop is stuck to her fur on the rear. It may be easier for you to clean it by rinsing it with water and then scrubbing it with soap. You shouldn't need to bring Rayray into the veterinarian for this, however if she is having persistent watery stools, you should have that evaluated. Cutting it may can be dangerous and can potentially be at risk of you cutting her skin. Ideally you should be able to rinse it off. Hope this helps and best of luck.
