What disease causes vomiting and mouth pain in 2-month-old kittens?

Poor girl. At her age, I would be most concerned about intestinal parasites or viral or bacterial infection. I would recommend a vet visit ASAP since she's have vomiting and diarrhea and could become dangerously dehydrated or hypoglycemia at her age.

There are a couple of reasons why they may have both developed these ulcers, and they include nutritional (protein - calorie malnutrition, riboflavin deficiency), infection (FeLV, FIV, calicivirus, herpes virus), toxins, foreign body, or electric cord shock. I would take them both into the vet first thing in the morning for an exam, as it's concerning that they are both showing the same symptoms. It will also be painful for them to eat, and cats should not go long without eating or they end up at risk of developing a fatty liver. The vet can do a physical exam, blood tests, a urinalysis, and any other tests they deem necessary. Once a cause is found, the vet can discuss treatment with you. I would offer them both gently warmed wet food tonight to tempt them to eat.

Hi, I'm sorry to hear Panda is having problems. Vomiting and diarrhea can be something simple like sensitivity to food or something more serious like a disease called panleukopenia. Vomiting and diarrhea is never normal in a kitten and should be investigated by a vet. Once the vet gets him healthy, then he can get his vaccines. he will need his FVRCP vaccine (which usually starts at 3 months), then a booster vaccine three weeks from that date. I am sorry to hear this! Yes, it is possible he picked up something from the new kitten even if she was asymptomatic.
