I recommend that you continue to monitor Whiskers closely for now. Have water available at all times to try to avoid dehydration. If no improvement is seen in the next 24 hours or he develops more vomiting and becomes more lethargic, have Whiskers evaluated by your veterinarian for further assessment and treatment based on findings. Loss of appetite can be observed with many conditions such as gastroenteritis, dietary indiscretion, kidney disease, pancreatitis, among many other possibilities. I recommend that you have him evaluated by your veterinarian for further assessment and treatment. They would be able to check for these possibilities and others depending on the findings on exam. Hello and thank you for reaching out to Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach. It sounds like Beau only seemed disinterested in one meal this morning, but has since had a good appetite. He is also urinating and defecating normally, which is good. As long as Beau continues to eat, isn't having any vomiting or diarrhea or acting excessively lethargic, and is otherwise healthy, I would not be worried. I would keep a close eye on him for the next day or so to make sure he is doing well. I hope this is helpful!

This can be caused by weakness, fever, kidney disease, and other causes. It is a very vague sign that could be many many things. Hi, thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach. I am very concerned by the pictures of Dior. I recommend that you take him to a Veterinarian ASAP. The missing hair under his chin is minor compared to how lethargic he appears and how he is acting. Possible causes: low blood sugar, Feline Infectious Peritonitis, toxin, severe dehydration or anemia. He is very sick! I wish you the best of luck

Hi and thank you for your question on Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach! It sounds like Quarter has a lot going on and is not feeling very well. I am sorry to hear! It is hard to say exactly what is happening with Quarter without examining him first but I can offer some possibilities. Ear mites are common parasites that can infect the ear. These are very itchy and can really cause some discomfort in cats. If Quarter has not been vaccinated, I would be concerned about something infectious causing his symptoms such a virus. My best advice is to take Quarter into a veterinarian for an exam and some diagnostic testing to determine what is in his ear and why he is lethargic.
