I recommend first to have the kittens examined by the vet to make sure they are healthy and free of infections or parasites. If they are healthy, I recommend to start littler box training. They can come out for breaks while being supervised but otherwise, they should be in their room. This includes sleeping there since you are having trouble with them urinating on your bed. Also make sure you are using a large, uncovered litter box with a clay-based clumping litter that is easy for the kittens to climb into. The box should be scoped at least twice a day for right now. Mother cats typically will clean their kittens and ingest their stool to keep the area clean, however it shouldn't cause GI upset. Hormonal changes, changes to diet, underlying illness, parasites, etc, however may cause GI upset or diarrhea, so if it continues, having your vet take a look in person is best to rule out causes and provide treatment that is safe for mom and babies. The mother cat should start to litter train the babies once they are old enough (usually around the time they start to try solid foods around 3-4 weeks of age), however as they get older, you can start bringing them to the litterbox as well to encourage them to use it.

Cats commonly want to pick up their kittens and move them to "safety". My guess is that, left unattended, she would move all of them one at a time. Consider moving her basket/box to a more secluded area (under a coffee table, in a small closet, etc). This might appease her concern for her kittens. As for the eye goop, keep an eye on this. If you need to, gently wipe it with a warm damp cloth on a daily basis. This could be nothing or it could be an early viral infection. If you see snotty noses, reluctance to eat, or any other concerning signs, see the vet. You can start mom on a lysine supplement (we think this helps interrupt replication of the feline herpes virus.) And don't worry, human cold viruses do not transfer to people (and vice versa). It is not possible for your cat to be in heat this soon. She likely is experiencing some other internal problem and I highly recommend taking her to your vet right away. She needs a proper exam and possible diagnostic tests (bloodwork +/- radiographs) to determine what the internal problem is and hopefully get her treated quickly. It's very possible this momma cat is just really good at cleaning up after her kittens. At a month of age, she should start taking them to the litter box and teaching them how to use it as well, so you may start to see an increase in waste there instead. Watching the momma cat to see if she is eating/cleaning up the waste can help alert you to if this is the case. If any of the kittens seem unwell, constipated, or don't seem to be urinating/defecating properly, scheduling a vet check to rule out any issues is always best.
