The dark, coffee ground vomit is likely blood, as it tends to have this appearance when there is bleeding in the stomach. This alone is an emergency, because they can lose a dangerous amount of blood in the stomach if not treated soon enough.

The lethargy and dialated eyes are likely related and indicate that this condition is severely affecting her. I reccomend taking Pasha to the emergency veterinarian as soon as possible to prevent life-threatening complications.

I hope that helps and Pasha gets better soon.
