A lot goes into what a root canal costs! But the most difficult thing will be finding someone to do a root canal on a cat. Their teeth are so small. That aside, in your area of california, I would expect it to minimally cost $1500, if not $2000. Your cat would need anesthesia and any required blood work, as well as the procedure itself which will require x-rays. Often extraction is the best procedure to ensure long term comfort in a cat. Good luck and thanks for using Pet Coach!
