My cat has a cyst on his neck that is increasing in size, the vet has drained it a couple of times and he is due to visit again in a few days, what are the treatment options available please for this condition.

If you are concerned that Sidney's cyst is more than it seems I would talk to your vet about having it surgically removed. Typically cysts are benign (non-cancerous) and just need to be occasionally drained. However sometime they can bother the cat (and the owner) enough that they need to be removed. If you do decide to have it surgically removed I would recommend having the whole thing sent out for biopsy. This way you can know for sure if it is something you need to be concerned about.
