Why is my cat sick with one pink eye, runny nose, and vomiting?

Sounds like there may be a couple of things going on here. Watery eyes and runny nose can be a sign of an upper respiratory infection. Meowing at the litter box may mean she is experiencing some pain with passing urine or stool. I would say getting an exam done with Lola's vet is a good place to start. Your vet will do an exam and may recommend blood work or x-rays to help determine what is going on. Your vet may also place Lola on an antibiotic if an upper respiratory infection is suspected.

It sounds as Dos is suffering from a gastrointestinal condition, possibly an infection. it could also be due to ingestion of a foreign body material. i would recommend taking her to the vet urgently , she will need to be checked first, if the vet thinks it's a simple gastrointestinal infection she will need an anti vomiting injection, antibiotics and a special food for a few days in order to get better. if the vet thinks it is more serious she will need a blood test and possibly an ultrasound in order to find out what is wrong.

Without seeing him in person, I can't say for certain. But the runny nose could be the cause of his decrease in appetite. When cats can't smell their food, they won't eat. I recommend gently warming really smelly wet food such as sardine or fish based to tempt him to eat. You can also try using a humidifier or bringing him into the bathroom with the door closed while you take a hot shower - the steam and humidity help to break up congestion and temporarily relieve symptoms associated with respiratory infections. Without knowing the cause of his systems, I do not recommend giving him any supplements as they may be the improper treatment for him. Have him seen by a vet first thing Monday. I hope this helps!

However, given her age and signs of eye discharge, I would also be concerned with an upper respiratory tract infection. Kittens may suffer from URIs intermittently and signs may last 3-5 days. If she is otherwise eating, drinking, and acting like her self then you can continue to monitor her at home. However, if you note any lethargy, persistent vomiting, diarrhea, labored breathing, or a decreased appetite then she needs to be re-revaluated by a veterinarian. This is usually treated with antibiotic eye drops and oral antibiotics and cats usually respond well to therapy. I recommend that you have Deimos evaluated by your veterinarian for further assessment and treatment. If they agree that based on an examination, that seems to be the issue, they will likely prescribe medications to make him feel better. Early in the infection they tend to feel bad and get more lethargic. The vomiting could also be explained by this general malaise that is felt. Often, these upper respiratory infections are caused by a virus and there is not a specific treatment for it; so the need for medication usually depends on the severity of the infection. Since Lenny is obviously not feeling well, he could have a high temperature and a vet may prescribe medication to make him feel better. They may also prescribe antibiotics if they are worried about a bacterial infection. I think it's fine to wait until tomorrow and see how he is doing.
