So I have found a hole in my cat's leg, near his paw. It looks like a snake bite to me but there is only one hole. When I look into the hole, it actually looks Hollow. Should I go to a vet nearby, or will my cat be okay?

Yes, I recommend to have Smokey examined by the veterinarian. It’s possible this is a ruptured abscess which needs antibiotics or that this is a wound which may need sutures or staples. Keep him from licking the area by having him wear an Elizabethan collar at all times. Have him seen by the veterinarian with in the next day. Best of luck.
