If you are certain that Clowny is not pregnant then it could be discharge related to vaginitis, or inflammation/infection of the vagina. it might also be a sign of a uterine or urinary tract infection. I'd recommend seeing your veterinarian for them to examine Clowny if this discharge continues.

Cats don't normally have discharge even when they are in heat. I would be concerned about a condition called pyometra. This is a major infection in the uterus and requires a spay procedure to remove the infected uterus. I would recommend taking her back to the vet for evaluation. It is probably brownish in color around the vulva due to the fact that she cannot clean the area. I suggest you just take some baby wipes (gentle formula) and wipe that area twice a day to keep it clean until the E-collar can come off.
