Hello, thank you for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach. So sorry to hear that this happened to Beyonce.

Yes, you can use Fenugreek but really it is not necessary. Beyonce will heal fine on her own. Cats are amazing in this way.

You must be extremely careful adding substances to a cat's water - many cats will not drink if they notice a change in the water. Dehydration is very serious in cats so, if you do use it, be absolutely sure she is drinking.

The dose is 30mg for every 5kg of body weight for one month. After one month you can cut the dose in half. I find it very hard to believe she is only 2.8 pounds at 3 years of age so be sure you have an accurate weight on her before dosing. Also be sure that Fenugreek is the only ingredient in the supplement. Other substances may be harmful to cats.

Hope this helps. Best wishes.
