Cat fell from tree, eating wet food. What home care can I provide?

What a cute cat! If he is eating, drinking and using the restroom I would not be concerned. Some cats will fall far and land on their feet. At this point I would just monitor him for any sign of pain or illness. If he acts painful I would take him to a vet.

Oh dear, poor Meow! Since she is not moving, eating or drinking, my main concern is that she has experienced significant trauma in her travels, either from a long fall or being hit by a car. These traumatic events can cause major head trauma, rib fractures, or internal injuries that can be quite severe and painful. Hello, Chance certainly could be sore but we cannot rule out the possibility of a fracture or even internal injuries (less likely). I would evaluate him when you pick him up. If he is eating, drinking and eliminating normally, I would just continue to monitor him at home. In the event, he is not leaving the litterbox, limping, not eating or eliminating, I would advise you to have chance evaluated by a veterinarian.

Inappetence is a quite generic but concerning sign. Differentials are many, but usually gastrointestinal lesions and pain/discomfort could be fairly common in traumatic cases. The approach must be logic, starting from offering different kind of food. A check up is needed if inappetence last for more than 24hours (In my view 48 hours of starvation is too long). Kittens are pretty resilient, & we often see these heart stopping accidents with absolutely no serious effects to the cat or kitten. If the kitten seems comfortable, no difficulty or abnormal breathing, then he should be fine. If Sisi is reluctant to eat after a trauma such as her fall, it would be best to have her examined by a vet. Even if she had no obvious external injuries she could have sustained internal injury in the fall, which may not be immediately apparent but can cause symptoms in the hours (up to a couple days) after the injury.

Oh no poor Blu! I'm so glad you got him home. It is possible that he was injured on his adventure, and he could be suffering from internal injures causing him to not move much, eat, or drink. I would have him seen by a vet immediately, he needs a physical exam, blood tests, urinalysis, and x-rays. If any injuries are found, the vet can discuss treatment options with you.
