What can I do for my cat's eye before his vet appointment tomorrow?

It looks as Louie is suffering from an eye infection, it is relatively common in cats. you will need to take him to the vet the first chance you get, the vet will check the eyes, if it is indeed a simple eye infection your vet will prescribe an antibiotic eye drops that will probably solve the problem in no time.

Clean the eyes with a moist cotton 3 times a day (lukewarm water), if it's still bothering him tomorrow take him to the vet to get special drops.

Unless Parker is very uncomfortable with his eye, & you are worried that by pawing he could do more harm, you can wait for his appointment in the morning. You just need to use your best judgement as to whether this can wait or not. I see no reason not to use a rinse approved for use in a cat's eye, but if it seems to irritate the eye more, then stop its use & just have Parker seen in the morning. If the discharge is continuous, or he is squinting or eyes are matted closed he should see a veterinarian to determine the cause of the ocular discharge. Do not use any sort of eye drops without a veterinary prescription. Treatment will vary depending on the cause of the infection or inflammation.

You can get some sterile saline and use that to flush her eyes twice daily until you are able to get her into the vet. You should be able to find some sterile saline at a pharmacy. Poor Ghost! You can use a soft wash cloth soaked in water or sterile saline, and wipe away any discharge, but unfortunately there are no OTC medications you can give her. She really does need to see a vet as soon as possible, as any eye problem is considered an emergency. This is because leaving it untreated can lead to vision loss. Have her seen by a vet as soon as possible.

Both of those conditions should be examined quickly to prevent them from getting worse. I recommend to call around and look for another clinic. If you can't find one, then I recommend to go to an emergency clinic. In a pinch some of the walk in vaccine clinics might be able to help if they have access to eye medications and testing strips for corneal ulcers. Tractor Supply might be an option as they host walk in clinics. They use a company called PetVet and I recommend to look on the website for more information. You will see a high variability in the vaccine clinics ability to handle any type of illness so you'll need to check ahead. At home, Jerry should wear an elizabethan collar at all times to prevent scratching or rubbing at the eye which will make it worse. Keep the eye clean from discharge with a warm, damp cotton ball.
