My cat has dry skin and bumps under his front legs. What to do?

Poor Tiger. Is he itchy? If so, these dry spots could be scabs or sores from allergies. Make sure he doesn't have any fleas and he is on a good flea preventative. You could try an adult Benadryl twice a day to help if this is allergy related.
