I would recommend seeing a veterinarian who can examine Zaboo's eyes. Some of the more common causes of vision loss in an older cat include high blood pressure affecting the retina, infectious diseases, and cancer. The supplement you are referring to could be taurine which is an amino acid that cats need in their diets and can cause blindness and vision loss if deficient. If Zaboo eats commercial cat food, taurine deficiency would be extremely unlikely since all cat foods are required to have enough taurine.

It depends on what the cause is of the cloudiness is. I would be concerned about glacoma, which is usually treated with eye drops (and sometimes surgery). No, I don't recommend to use this product. There are other antibiotics that are more appropriate for eye infections but you will need to call your veterinarian for recommendations. Pharmacy law prohibits online veterinarians from discussing the usage of medications not prescribed for that individual pet. There is a supplement called Lysine which may also help. The cloudy ares are concerning. The vet needs to examine the eyes with an ophthalmoscope.We can't really tell much from the photo. I can tell you it is not normal and may be an immune mediated response. It could also be uveitis from a virus. I don't want to second guess your vet as I was not there to examine him but the treatment does not sound appropriate for a stomach virus and if those are the actual doses you are giving they sound very high.
