Hi and thanks for your request regarding Botas.
These signs seems to be related with mild to moderate constipation.
Mild constipation that lasts no more than two days can usually be resolved at home with increased fiber and hydration.
Liquid paraffin or specific products like Katalax (https://www.petsathome.com/shop/en/pets/katalax-cat-paste-20g-%28online-only%29?__cf_chl_jschl_tk__=pmd_c291cb787a76e195901735aed925fb5c8bfb45ca-1628620019-0-gqNtZGzNAk2jcnBszQi6) can be used, and should work straight away in the following 8 hours from administration. DO NOT TRY to give an enema as it could be dangerous and cause electrolyte imbalances and colon perforation.
If signs persist a check up will be required.
