This could be from skin mites or ringworm. Both are extremely itchy. I suggest you try treatment for skin mites first. I have no idea what products you have to treat this in Pakistan so I suggest you ask your local vet for a product recommendation.

Hello. Scratching in such a young dog is probably related to skin parasites like fleas & mange mites. Chronic itching & underlying skin infections can cause a puppy to become unthrifty & certainly lose weight. You really need to know what is the underlying cause of the itching, but until you can have the puppies seen by a veterinarian, you will need to bathe them in a good flea & tick shampoo labeled for puppies. If you can find or order a lime sulfur shampoo, this can be very useful in multiple skin issues in dogs. Make sure you follow the label directions when used. Hello and thank you very much for your question. Cavs that are not on their mother until fall weaning age of 6 to 8 months are susceptible to infectious gastrointestinal and pulmonary diseases. The scours could be due to a variety of diseases like E. coli, infectious colitis, coccidiosis, other internal parasites, etc. Most likely the cough is due to an acute or chronic calf pneumonia. The coughing may or may not have anything to do with the scours and can be due to Pastorella, IBR, RSV, PI3, etc Both of these clinical symptoms and their associated diseases can cause your calf to become quite sick and in some cases die. I urge you to schedule an appointment with your local large animal veterinarian as soon as possible so that they can do a full physical examination. they also may want to do a fecal analysis to get a diagnosis for the scours also. Your veterinarian will most likely prescribe something anti-inflammatory to get the fever down enough to eat, A strong antibiotic like naxcel/excenel etc, and antiparasitic medication. I strongly suggest having Lance and Nana evaluated for skin parasites or other medical conditions before treating them for simple dandruff. Copper deficiency, mites, and fungal infections can cause white flaky skin, and I also noticed in your pictures that one of your goats is missing hair around the eyes, nose, and mouth. This is characteristic of certain kinds of mites. I strongly suggest a vet visit to check them out. If everything comes back clear, consistent brushing can help with flaky dandruff, as well as making sure the goats have enough fats in their diet. Feeding a commercial goat food can help with this. Some goat fanciers also suggest adding black sunflower seeds into the diet, which might increase skin oil production. A good bath can also help! Your calf may have coccidiosis, which is pretty common in bottle-fed dairy calves, especially those who've not received adequate colostrum upon calving. I'd recommend at least taking a fecal sample in to your local vet for analysis and treatment, as the antibiotics you've had him on may not be effective. Pneumonia is definitely a concern in these calves as well.
