I am so sorry to hear about Olive. I would recommend discussing this concern with Olive's vet as she knows her history, has examined her and knows the severity of her heart disease. They may feel comfortable altering her medications or may recommend something like an additional pet sitter or having her board at the vet hospital where here medications can be given at specific times.
