Cockatiels are extremely vocal birds, so it may just be that Cici is excited and very "talkative". Giving him some fun things to do such as adding in an enriching toy that requires concentration to open or play with, playing soothing music, or even moving him to a quieter location free of other pets and people may help him to settle down some. If he is housed with another bird, there could be competition over perches, food and water dishes which is causing stress, so adding extra in and making sure there is enough room for both birds may help. If he does continue screaming, or seems ill or painful in addition, a vet visit is always a good idea to rule out any pain or underlying health issues.

It sounds like Stormy is very restless and stressed for some reason. If he is eating and drinking and acting otherwise normally you can give a bit more time to see if his behavior goes back to normal. If this behavior persists longer than 24 hours I would have him checked by your vet. Also, make sure he is a calm, quiet area as to avoid extra stress.

Try to make sure Peet's cage is ina quiet draft free area. If you don't already I recommend covering his cage at night. Make sure no other animals such as dogs or cats have access to the cage or around it as they could easily cause him to startle. Honestly, that's a strange response to a different tune, however it's possible there is something underlying going on at the same time and the signs you saw were a coincidence with the song. It may also be that something startled her, causing her to respond the way she did. If she is otherwise back to normal, i would keep an eye on her, however if the strange behavior happens again to the same stimulus, or she exhibits this behavior again on her own, scheduling a veterinary exam to look for any underlying health issues is best.

Trying to alleviate the cause of Daisy's stress may help. If she's in an area with a lot of noise or foot traffic, moving her to a calm, quiet room may help. Making sure she isn't being harassed by other people or pets, and that she has access to food, water, and perch space if she's housed with other birds can help. Toys that encourage chewing, preening or activity can also help alleviate boredom and redirect the chewing behavior to those instead of herself.

Poor Tweety! It doesn’t say what kind of bird this is. But birds can have Frights when something scares them that causes them to do this. Calming and quiet and time will fix this. Cover the cage and turn out the lights and talk quietly to the bird. If the bird has pain somewhere...like a stuck feather, hurt foot, egg binding etc that could also cause them to scream. After a Fright it will take time for the bird to calm down, but if the unusual behavior continues, you should have your bird seen by a vet.

Biting now can be due to the stress of re-locating to a new home, and time could be the cure. Try to offer treats to win his side. If the lighting is too intense, that is stressful also and can lead to the sudden attempts to fly. Try to lessen external stimuli and have patterns of daily routine to be consistent. Good luck.
