Yes! Go to My Account and select the subscription you would like to change. You can "Skip," "Pause," "Cancel," or change the date of your subscription at any time.

I've never used a pet food delivery service. How do I know how much to order or what schedule to use?
Many of our customers choose to have their shipments of pet food delivered on a monthly basis, but your pet's appetites may vary. We recommend estimating how much your cat or dog eats per day (generally, 4 cups of kibble = approx. 1 pound) and multiply by 7 to find out how much they eat every week. Once you have the weekly amount, choose the bag size and frequency that works best for you.
You can adjust your bag size or delivery schedule at any time in your My Repeat Delivery page.
Yes! Not only do you get our lowest price, but PALS members get 5% back every day by earning 1 point for every $1 spent in-store, online or with Repeat Delivery. If your Repeat Delivery subscriptions have the same shipping details, they ship together. Shipping details include the shipment date, order frequency, shipping address, billing address, and payment method. To change these details, click any of your subscriptions on the Repeat Delivery menu.
Keep in mind, we do our best to ship items together but based on the warehouse the item ships from, they may arrive separately.
An Add-on is a one-time purchase that you set to ship for free* with your next scheduled Repeat Delivery order.

- Choose which delivery to ship it with and it ships FREE with that order.
Please note that due to shipping methods, add-ons may ship in a different box, but shipping is still free for that item.
