I’ve used this litter for over 8 years and the last few months of purchasing, the quality has decreased drastically. Something changed with the formula. Previously there was no scent and literally no dust. Now it’s scented and the dust is unbelievable. It’s everywhere! Even at our local store there is dust everywhere near the refillable litter station. It’s awful. What happened??

We've been using this litter in our multi-cat house for over 10 years. As many others have pointed out, quality has declined dramatically. Do not buy this litter. Cat urine will turn the litter into sludge-like mud. It doesn't clump. Not only does this make the litter box nearly impossible to scoop, it also renders odor control non-existent. I can't imagine a worse litter.

Had to finally change brands. Finally decided to find another brand that still clumps as wet, urine soaked litter just comes apart and mixes with not yet contaminated dry litter every cat box clean up causing extreme odors issues. Found “Special Kitty” Odor Control Fragrance Free Clumping Litter at your local Blue Box Logo store. Besides being less costly, it clumps up great so the loose used litter does not contaminate the unused grains. Very happy with the cost, performance and availability of the “Special Kitty” brand litter at WM.

We used to like that we could make a positive impact on the environment to be able to refill this litter, but the product has changed and now it does NOT clump at all. I’m very disappointed that whatever changed in the litter has made me choose to stop buying it.

My cat is very picky and she only wants fragrance free litter and this was great litter in the past but now they claim that it’s 99 point something dust free when it’s not it’s about 50% dust now it’s declined so bad I may quit purchasing this litter

I’ve used this for 2 years but the last several containers I purchased caused a dust storm anytime I change or clean the litter box as well as when the cat uses the litter box. It’s just awful. Never had this issue previously but it has caused constant mess in my basement and ruins the air quality we are breathing in. Not sure what changes they made but it’s not worth it. Absolutely disgusting. Don’t waste your money.

I used this product for years & years because it was not only the best, I also preferred reusable containers. There was a time that they stopped carrying original Fancy Feast wet food so I found it inconvenient to go there for just the cat litter. I went through so many brands during that time trying to find one reasonably priced, that worked well, without added fragrance, in recyclable containers. Was not able to find one that met those qualities. Since Petco started selling Fancy Feast again I decided to go back to SoPhresh. WOW! What a disappointment! The quality has declined terribly! The dust clouds are awful! I bought 4 new 30lb cartons. I thought perhaps it was an anomaly so I just purchased 2 of the 40lb bags and no difference. What a shame! If the company is trying to save money by making a cheaper product it may end up costing you more in the loss of customers purchasing this product. Please bring back the good stuff!!

HAVE USED FOR SEVERAL YEARS BUT PRODUCT HAS CHANGED FOR THE WORSE. STAYS WET AND DOESNT CLUMP LIKE IT USED TO. WILL BE LOOKING FOR A NEW CAT LITTER . ALSO THE DUST FROM THE LITTER IS EVERYWHERE.
