Bought this due to dog having fleas. Seemed to help with his itching. We also gave flea medication and fleas were gone in 2 days with both treatments.

Amazing Results

Tried this on my very sensitive dogs. Their skin was flaking and they had picked up flees from the local dog park. After trying another brand that promised "maximum strength" i was surprised that this one worked 100 times better. Will continue to use on my dogs.

Yes, I recommend this product.

Is this product safe to use if you already have your dog on a flea & tick treatment? Also is this good for a dog that has hives?

  1. We do not recommend applying more than one flea and tick treatment to your pet. If you choose to apply a different flea and tick product to your pet, we recommend bathing your pet in a detergent based dish soap and then waiting up to 48 hours before applying the new flea and tick treatment. If a pet is showing symptoms of hives, we recommend consulting with your veterinarian before applying a flea and tick treatment.

Does it contain any oil?  I have a Pom and oil can weigh down there coat

Can I use this shampoo on my dogs if they have a Soresto flea collar that they wear?

    1. I guess you can. My dog doesn't wear a flea collar.

How old does your puppy have to be to use this shampoo?

How often can I use this on my dog? I bathe her once a wee--can I mix this in with her regular shampoo each week as a preventative? I've tried many flea/tick collars and they don't seem to be as effective as they advertise.

      1. The Sentry shampoo is great for fleas & adding body to the coat and skin.  After trying others, I've stayed with Sentry for years. Once a week is fine. However flea control includes treating the yard as well if they are outdoor at times. Spraying the yard with Spectracide Triazicide once monthly will greatly improve flea control.

Im looking for a new tick shampoo for my pups since I recently found out the brand hartz is not good for dogs. Is this a good brand?

I found a tick on my puppy will this get rid of it?

        1. For pets or humans who have a tick embedded in them buy a tick twister. They are less than $10 and very easy to use and there is no chance of it not working or the head getting broken of in the skin of you or your pet. You simply slide it on the tick and twist. It's such a tight fit the tick gets stuck in the twister so your not going to drop it or loose it in your home. We live on 60 acres in deer and dog tick heaven. Every pet and human big or small has gotten one on them and we use the tick twister every time. Not to mention my husband is a hunter so he gets them more than anyone. I ended up spraying his clothes with hunting tick repellant which has helped as well but our area is so over run with deer and ticks its crazy. Never saw a tick till I moved here, now it's no big deal.

My puppy has fleas and I really want to relieve him with this shampoo but I don’t want to harm him. He’s only 5 weeks old. When am I able to use this on him?

        1. Hi hailey237, 5 weeks old is still too early for your pup to bathe. The pup should be 8 weeks old.
