Prescription products require a US licensed veterinarian prescription and ship only after prescription verification. Billing address and name must match identically to prescription address and name. If it does not, this will delay your order. Prescriptions will be kept on file for a year from date issued. We will not need to reach out to your vet or you to validate the prescription if the prescription is sent over with refills. When all available refills are used, you will be asked to submit a new prescription. Prescriptions must be signed from your vet. Please note that Banfield Medical Cards will not be accepted. If prescription is on file, we will authorize order once placed. If prescription is not on file, we will attempt to obtain authorization for the prescription for a total of 5 days. If your vet does not respond within 5 days, we will then reach out to you for a total of 3 days. If no response is given, the order will then be canceled.
