Petco just can't get it together

Petco has issues. Every time I order something online, they either don't ship my correct order, it's damaged IN THE BOX, the order hangs in "processing" and eventually canceled after the delivery date has passed, which is why I had to buy this food listed here. I didn't want this order, I HAD to order it because of a canceled order. It took them over a week to cancel it btw and I still haven't been refunded. I am ready to cancel my Vital Care at this point but wait, YOU CAN'T. You are locked in a for a year. This company started strong, but I have learned through these interactions that they have too many issues to keep my business. Sucks for them too cause I spend A LOT on my pets every month.

I believe the product is excellent but my Goldendoodle was not doing well on it. Weened him off the previous food according to the directions but the my puppy couldn’t shake the diarrhea.

I use as a breeder all of my puppies have been healthy so far, none have gotten sick. They all seem to enjoy formula. I use both wet and dry. Nutrition is so important, this formula keeps my dogs healthy.
