Active Ingredients: Kaolin 19%, Pectin 1%. Inactive Ingredients: Gellan Gum, Glycerin, Methylparaben, Potassium Sorbate, Propylparaben, Sodium Benzoate, Sorbitol, Water.
Shake well before using. Amount to give every 12 hours:Up to 15 lbs. 1 teaspoonOver 16 lbs. 1 1/2-2 teaspoons.If diarrhea persists after use for 2 to 3 days, consult a veterinarian.

How much is 1/2 teaspoon in a dropper

Is this safe for a older cat who has Chronic Kidney Disease? She has been put on Anti-biotics and has had diarrhea for 5 days.
- Given your cats disease, talk to your vet first before trying any over the counter medications.

Your directions state 1 tsp for up to 15lbs; Nutri-Vet's website says 1/2 tsp. Why the discrepancy and that could be an issue as your product page doesn't show the back of the bottle to actually SEE the directions.
- Directions: Shake well before using. Give every 12 hours. 1-12 lbs body weight - 1/2 teaspoon every 12 hours. 13-25 lbs body weight - 1 teaspoon every 12 hours.

My 13 year old cat has been getting Diarrhea frequently. I have given him Nutri-Vet Anti-Diarrhea Liquid for Cats but it seems to help for a day and he gets Diarrhea again. I don't think it's the food he eats because he has been eating pretty much the same wet and dry food for years.

Our rescue cat has had diarrhea for 10 weeks, since the day we picked her up from the group. .She is currently taking Tylosin 120mg/ml and has had no improvement. She's been taking this for 25 days, and before that Nutri Vet anti diarrhea for cats, also with no improvement. She is eating normally, plays and in general, seems healthy and fine. She is fed premium cat food (Blue) mostly for indoor adult cats. We also tried plain yogurt and pumpkin but she wouldn't eat it.
