I have returned at least six bags due to moths or moth strings in this food. Quality is low!!! Not only do I waste time returning food, but sometimes the store can’t replace the item because all the dog food bags on their shelves also have moths. Returned to 3 different stores and not all petco, so it’s the brand and manufacturer. Do not buy.

This product does not contain peas extract that prohibits your dam from getting pregnant.

Good product for my puppy and easy product to find.

Sorry to say my four dogs don’t like it…wish they did as it is a nice dog food.

We’ve been struggling to find a food that works well for our 18 month old sensitive-stomach lab. His poops have always been less than ideal and you could forget it if he ate something … suspicious … in the yard. There’s no picking that up. He’d been on various prescription diets with moderate improvement in consistency but still not “normal” and when it became apparent it likely wasn’t a food allergy but more of a GI sensitivity we decided to try gradually weaning him onto a non-Rx version food. First moved him from his Rx Hills d/d salmon and potato to ProPlan salmon and potato with about the same results. But we thought we could do better. The reviews on this particular flavor in Natural Balance drew us in. I think we’ve found our food. His poops were much better consistency and regular, less apt to get thrown out of whack, and he wasn’t as gassy. And his hair! Like a person suddenly supplementing with biotin! This poor dog had lost nearly all his coat from a bad demodex infection after a very sick puppyhood and within weeks of starting this food he started growing a coat. And not just any coat, but a soft, healthy coat. And it continues to fill in. We hadn’t seen any growth like that in the prior six months we had him and he was constantly greasy with a mild odor. Now, his situation is far from “normal” but what a positive move in the right direction. He’s staying on it! And our new puppy loves the food too.

We bought this product because our puppy was having soft poos and diarrhea with the TotW Salmon Puppy she was eating. After a week her poos were healthy and solid. She loves the taste also! Our other dog is so jealous he started eating her poop so we will switch him over also after he finishes up the old food.

Great dog food! Very healthy, bulldogs love it. Highly recommend.

I’ve been feeding natural balance to my other dogs for almost 14 years and I wouldn’t change it for our new puppy!
