The Saltwater Vlamingii Tang or Bignose Unicornfish is an active and hardy Surgeonfish or Tang. Known as a jumper, a tightly fitted lid is a must to prevent this fish from escaping. This fish is also aggressive towards other Tangs. Minimum tank size: 300 gallons

The Vlamingii Tang or Bignose Unicornfish is an active and hardy Surgeonfish or Tang. Known as a jumper, a tightly fitted lid is a must to prevent this fish from escaping. This fish is also aggressive towards other Tangs, but will not harm other tankmates. The Vlamingii Tang is one of many fish that gains color and vibrancy with age. It will not harm corals or sessile invertebrates.
