    Epizyme is a supplemental powder form of pancreatic enzymes for use in pets with pancreatic enzyme deficiency (maldigestion syndrome, pancreatic insufficiency syndrome). Epizyme is a combination of lipases, amylases, and proteases, which are enzymes needed for digestion of fats, carbohydrates and proteins.

  • Mix the powdered enzymes into your pet's food. If feeding dry food, moisten the food with warm water and then add the enzymes. Be sure to allow the enzymes time to work; usually the food and enzyme mixture is allowed to stand 15-20 minutes before feeding. Feeding several small meals a day is usually recommended.
