I have a roughly 10 pound chihuahua that ate a single grape Monday night. We called the local emergency vet and they said to bring him in but did not have the funds for this at the time. We induced commuting with hydrogen peroxide and seen probly 75% or more of the grape. He has ate fine and been urinating fine since until tonight when we fed him he only ate about 3/4 of his meal. Still urinating fine and acting fine just really out of the ordinary for him. Cause for concern or coincidence?

It can take up to 1-3 days for signs of acute kidney failure to occur, but given that it has been four days since then and he vomited up a majority of the grape, I would be inclined to think that this is coincidence. I would not be concerned about it at this point in time, but should it continue, then I would take him into the vet for a health check.
