Biography
Dr. Mausbach earned her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree at Colorado State University in 1998 and completed a 13-month small animal general rotating internship position at Wheat Ridge Animal Hospital (WRAH), a busy hybrid multi-specialty, emergency, and general practice. For almost 2 decades, Dr. Mausbach worked at WRAH as a full-time general practitioner and General Practice Team Leader through December 2017. Since 2017, Dr. Mausbach has started her own mobile practice (Mausbach Mobile Veterinary Care, LLC), performs relief work in private practice, animal shelters, and High Volume Spay Neuter facilities.
Her professional passions include business management, team development, improving workflow efficiency, providing efficient and effective platforms for delivery of client education, and enhancing both customer and employee experience.
Dr. Mausbach received her business master's in organizational leadership, development, & project leadershipCertificate of Achievement for the 10-month Veterinary Management Institute (VMI) program sponsored by AAHA and CSU College of Business in October 2017. She also received a Certificate of Achievement for both FRANK™ 1.0 and FRANK™ Communication Coaching Skills Workshops. Dr. Mausbach is currently completing a dual Master's Degree in Organizational Leadership – Project Leadership Management from Regis University College of Business and Economics. Lastly, she has completed CliftonStrengths™ StrenthsFinder by Gallop® and the EverythingDisc® Work of Leaders® Profile.
