If a single warehouse can't fill your order, it may arrive in multiple shipments at no additional shipping charge. As items are shipped, we will send you emails detailing the shipments and tracking numbers.
We make every attempt to ship orders from our warehouses within 24 hours. Items shipped by a third party generally ship within the timeframes specified on the product detail pages. However, your Order Status email will provide you with shipping information specific to your order if unanticipated delays occur.

Installation Instructions
- Place template in desired position and trace the outside edge.
- Drill holes in each corner to accommodate your jig saw blade. Cut out.
- Attach frame with flap to door surface using screws provided. Using adhesive strips provided, apply remaining frame to reserve side of door.
- Slide activation tab to select one of our access settings.

All flexible vinyl components are guaranteed for one year. Misuse or incorrect handling is not covered along with normal wear, tear, and weathering. Commercial use may also void warranty. If your unit cannot be repaired, PetSafe may replace it with new or reconditioned merchandise. PetSafe will not pay for loss of time, inconvenience, loss of use of your product, or its failure to work, or any incidental or consequential damages.
There is a nominal labor charge for out of warranty products but all parts are free during the warranty period. If you have had your system for more than one year, call PetSafe Customer Service at 1-800-457-3911 to determine the labor charge.
