Feeding Recommendations

Bil-Jac recommends feeding Bil-Jac Select on a scheduled and controlled basis. This procedure permits you to regulate your dog's food intake to the optimum level. Use the following chart to determine the daily amount to feed. The recommended feeding amounts may vary according to the age, environment, and activity of your dog. You may use the free choice feeding method if you prefer. Fresh water should be kept available at all times. Bil-Jac Select is good for puppies. Most puppies will require twice as much as adult dogs of the same weight. At weaning feed puppies three to four times daily until six months old, then twice a day until a year old. Remember, you can best judge your puppy's needs by checking weight gain and conditioning. Adult dogs should be fed once per day.
