Soil Extraction Machine Application: In a solution tank of a soil extraction machine pour two ounces of Simple Solution Carpet Shampoo per gallon of warm water. Lightly mist the carpet, then extract the solution and soil residue. Remove as much moisture as possible from the carpet fibers by repeating the extraction. To speed up drying and improve the general appearance of the carpet, brush the pile in one direction while the carpet is still damp.
