Shipping costs are determined by the total weight of the order and by the shipping method selected. The total shipping charges will be displayed on the "Review and Submit Your Order" page, prior to placing your order.
Estimated Shipping will be displayed in the cart, based on standard ground shipping. Final shipping charges will be displayed on the review page, based on shipping method selected during checkout.

While most orders are delivered within the specified timeframes, some destinations may take longer. Estimated delivery times are not applicable to some items being shipped by a third party. If additional delivery time is required, it will be noted on the product detail page and at Checkout. Next Day packages will arrive one full business day after shipment. 2nd Day packages will arrive two full business days after shipment. Delivery times DO NOT include order processing time.
The size and/or weight of some items may limit the shipping methods and destinations available. Items that are oversized, overweight, or have other legal restrictions may not be able to be shipped to a P.O. Box, APO/FPO address or the U.S. Territories (due to carrier restrictions). You will be alerted to this at Checkout when you select your shipping method. Items shipped directly by a third party are not available for delivery to a P.O./APO/FPO Box, U.S. Territories, Alaska or Hawaii. Bottomless Bowl & More orders cannot be expedited.
If a single warehouse can't fill your order, it may arrive in multiple shipments at no additional shipping charge. As items are shipped, we will send you emails detailing the shipments and tracking numbers.
We make every attempt to ship orders from our warehouses within 24 hours. Items shipped by a third party generally ship within the timeframes specified on the product detail pages. However, your Order Status email will provide you with shipping information specific to your order if unanticipated delays occur.

Trimmer Directions: Hold trimmer with screws facing away from you. Cut nail taking only the tip. Avoid cutting the veins, which are easy to see in translucent nails, but difficult in dark nails. If nail has grown extremely long, cut off a little, then wait a week before trimming again. If you cut into the vein, use styptic powder.Styptic Powder Directions: Apply a pinch of styptic powder to the bleeding area, using moderate pressure until bleeding stops. Do not use in deep wounds, body cavities, or burns. If bleeding does not stop, consult a veterinarian.
Blade Replacement:
- Hold trimmer upside down, put paperclip or small nail in hole, squeeze handles together, release and remove blade.
- To replace, use either method A or B. Note that honed portion of blade should face the bottom of the trimmer.
- A. Hold upside down. Using index finger and thumb, push spring up against inside of handle. Insert blade until only about 1/4 inch is showing. Release spring and blade should catch.
- B. Push blade in until the small holes in blade and trimmer are aligned. Insert nail, paperclip, etc., squeeze handles shut, and release. Blade should be in place.
