Pet containment system keeps your pet in your yard. Special collar helps your dog know his boundaries.
The transmitter plugs into a standard outlet and emits a radio signal to a receiver worn on your dog's collar. The signal is transmitted through a wire which is placed along the boundaries you want to establish. The wire is really an antenna that carries the signal. The receiver, attached to your dog's collar, provides a warning beep when he approaches the wire. If he starts to cross the wire, he will receive a mild correction. Although harmless, this will dissuade him from continuing.

The size and/or weight of some items may limit the shipping methods and destinations available. If a single warehouse can't fill your order, it may arrive in multiple shipments at no additional shipping charge. As items are shipped, we will send you emails detailing the shipments and tracking numbers.
We make every attempt to ship orders from our warehouses within 24 hours. Items shipped by a third party generally ship within the timeframes specified on the product detail pages. However, your Order Status email will provide you with shipping information specific to your order if unanticipated delays occur.

Installation
Using a lawn edger or flat spade, the boundary wire can be buried an inch or two around an average size yard in three to four hours or less. Driveways are crossed by using a masonry blade on a circular saw and making a groove in the concrete and laying the wire in the groove. The wire can then be caulked over. Another way is to simply lay the wire in an expansion joint and caulk over it.
Caution
The Radio Fence Containment System is not a solid barrier. The system is designed to act as a deterrent to remind pets by electric stimulation to remain in the boundary established. It is important that you reinforce training with your pet on a regular basis. Since the tolerance level to electrical stimulation varies from pet to pet, Radio Systems Corporation cannot guarantee that the system will, in all cases, keep a pet within the established boundary. Not all pets can be trained to avoid crossing the boundary. Therefore, if you have reason to believe that your pet may post a danger to others or harm himself if he is not kept from crossing the boundaries, you should not rely solely upon Radio Fence system to confine your pet. Radio Systems Corporation shall not be liable for any property damage, economic loss or any consequential damages, sustained as a result of any animal crossing the boundary.
