Next Day packages will arrive one full business day after shipment. 2nd Day packages will arrive two full business days after shipment. Delivery times DO NOT include order processing time.
The size and/or weight of some items may limit the shipping methods and destinations available. Items that are oversized, overweight, or have other legal restrictions may not be able to be shipped to a P.O. Box, APO/FPO address or the U.S. Territories (due to carrier restrictions). If a single warehouse can't fill your order, it may arrive in multiple shipments at no additional shipping charge. As items are shipped, we will send you emails detailing the shipments and tracking numbers.

This will prevent the leash from retracting unexpectedly and the hook from possibly hitting you in the eye.
The Flexi Retractable Leash (including all parts) is warranted by Flexi Bogdahn International GmbH & Co. KG, for a period of one year from the date of purchase to be free from defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty is extended only to the original purchaser and will expire upon any transfer of the leash. In the event of a defect, either return the leash to the place of purchase or send it with receipt of purchase to Flexi USA, Inc., 147 Circle Freeway Drive, Cincinnati, Ohio 45246. The leash will be repaired or replaced at the manufacturer's option with no charge for parts, labor, or return postage. In the unlikely event of a leash still not operating correctly after a repair or replacement, the customer is entitled, after a mutually agreed period, to a discount or refund. This warranty will not apply to broken, damaged, or frayed cords caused by dog chewing, rough surfaces, or other misuse.
