The product will be repaired or replaced with no charge for labor or materials. The purchaser will assume all responsibility for mailing charges to and from the dealer or Aquarium Systems. The manufacturer shall not be held responsible for any damages caused by defective components or materials, or for loss incurred because of the interruption of service, or any other special, consequential or incidental damages or expenses arising from the manufacturer, sale, use or misuse of this product. This warranty is in lieu of all other express warranties. Any warranty implied by law whether a warranty for merchantability or fitness for particular purposes shall be effective only for the 12 month warranty period specified above. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, or limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations may not apply to you.
