Directions For UseBefore using, rinse thoroughly under cold tap water to remove fine particles caused by shipping vibration. Use 1/2 cup (eight tablespoons) of rinsed Activated Filter Carbon for each ten gallons of aquarium water.
- In an external power filter (follow directions of filter manufacturer).
- In a Bubble-Up Corner Filter layer Activated Filter Carbon between two layers of filter fiber.
- Use Activated Filter Carbon in the Aquarium Pharmaceuticals Nylon Filter Media Bag. It holds up to one gallon of filtering material. Set on top of the gravel bed or in the filter.
Replace Activated Filter Carbon every 30 days or sooner, if unusual odor or color is detected.
