Feeding Guidelines: This chart shows approximate amounts to feed your dog each day. Amount varies by age, activity level, environment and breed. If unsure, ask your veterinarian. Always have a clean bowl of fresh water and "TLC" available for your dog. When introducing C&P's Organix Canine Formula with organic ingredients, gradually mix it with your dog's current food over the course of 4 days.If your dog weighs/feed daily:
