Shipping costs are determined by the total weight of the order and by the shipping method selected. The total shipping charges will be displayed on the "Review and Submit Your Order" page, prior to placing your order.
Estimated Shipping will be displayed in the cart, based on standard ground shipping. Final shipping charges will be displayed on the review page, based on shipping method selected during checkout.

While most orders are delivered within the specified timeframes, some destinations may take longer. Estimated delivery times are not applicable to some items being shipped by a third party. If additional delivery time is required, it will be noted on the product detail page and at Checkout. Next Day packages will arrive one full business day after shipment. 2nd Day packages will arrive two full business days after shipment. Delivery times DO NOT include order processing time.
The size and/or weight of some items may limit the shipping methods and destinations available. Items that are oversized, overweight, or have other legal restrictions may not be able to be shipped to a P.O. Box, APO/FPO address or the U.S. Territories (due to carrier restrictions). You will be alerted to this at Checkout when you select your shipping method. Items shipped directly by a third party are not available for delivery to a P.O./APO/FPO Box, U.S. Territories, Alaska or Hawaii. Bottomless Bowl & More orders cannot be expedited.
If a single warehouse can't fill your order, it may arrive in multiple shipments at no additional shipping charge. As items are shipped, we will send you emails detailing the shipments and tracking numbers.
We make every attempt to ship orders from our warehouses within 24 hours. Items shipped by a third party generally ship within the timeframes specified on the product detail pages. However, your Order Status email will provide you with shipping information specific to your order if unanticipated delays occur.

The Auto Pet Feeder is designed to feed pets of any size. It can be used for small, medium or large dogs, cats and ferrets.
- Precise feeding of food is accomplished with the feeder by using high torque synchronous motor.
- Horizontal feed auger system, which provides precise control over feed rate. Pets cannot get more food by tapping on our feeder or clawing at it.
- Metal over molded self-lubricating nylon auger prevents jamming and provides a smoother and quieter performance of the feeder.
- The pet feeders have stainless steel protective sheathing on the cord to prevent pets from chewing the cord.
- Safety interlock switch and safety basket is included in all sizes of our electronic pet feeder.
- UL and CUL approved.
- All feeders feature digital timers with battery backup for programs, manual override switch, 8 program settings per day and daylight saving feature.
- The UL approved feeder is for use on 120 volt AC circuit and has a grounding plug
Troubleshooting Tips: 1. If the Auto Pet Feeder does not turn ON, please do the following: Check to see if the feeder works after every step. a. Check the power outlet to see if there is power. b. Push down on the bottle, for the safety switch may have turned off during shipment/transportation. c. Press the Recessed Reset button with a small pin. Use a paper clip to accomplish this. Reprogram if necessary. d. To cancel the program, just press the Reset (R) to cancel all programs. e. Make sure that the timer is in "ON" mode by pressing the "Hand Button." "Auto" to "Off" to "Auto" to "On" and so on. f. Check to see if the timer is working by pushing manual hand button repeatedly. The relay inside the timer close to your ear. g. If all else fails, charge the timer for 4 hours by plugging into the wall and retry the above steps. h. If the LCD display on the timer does not show anything, charge it for 4 hours. If it still does not show anything, return the Auto Pet Feeder. 2. If the Auto Pet Feeder is running all the time in "Auto" mode: a. Press the "Hand Button" to cycle the timer from "Auto" to "On" to "Auto" to "Off" and then place the timer in the "Auto" mode. This should place the timer in the "Auto" mode and it should work only in the "Auto" mode.
