DAILY FEEDING GUIDELINES
10 lbs. or less: 2/3-1 cup
10-20 lbs.: 1-1 1/2 cups
20-30 lbs.: 1 1/2-2 cups
30-40 lbs.: 2-2 1/2 cups
40-60 lbs.: 2 1/2-3 1/3 cups
60-80 lbs.: 3 1/3-4 1/4 cups
80-100 lbs.: 4 1/4-5 cupsNote: Feeding amounts may vary by breed, activity level, temperament and climate.
Puppies: Feed up to 2 times per round of body weight over adult levels.
Pregnant Bitches: Minimal increase needed during first 6 weeks. Weeks 7, 8, & 9 increase up to 25%
Lactating Bitches: Immediately after whelping, the nutritional demand increases by 50% compared to maintenance levels. Feed in 3 equal meals per day.
When switching your dog's diet, we recommend that it be done gradually over a 3-5 day period. Keep fresh water available. See your veterinarian regularly.
