Shipping costs are determined by the total weight of the order and by the shipping method selected. The total shipping charges will be displayed on the "Review and Submit Your Order" page, prior to placing your order.
Estimated Shipping will be displayed in the cart, based on standard ground shipping. Final shipping charges will be displayed on the review page, based on shipping method selected during checkout.

While most orders are delivered within the specified timeframes, some destinations may take longer. Estimated delivery times are not applicable to some items being shipped by a third party. If additional delivery time is required, it will be noted on the product detail page and at Checkout. Next Day packages will arrive one full business day after shipment. 2nd Day packages will arrive two full business days after shipment. Delivery times DO NOT include order processing time.
The size and/or weight of some items may limit the shipping methods and destinations available. Items that are oversized, overweight, or have other legal restrictions may not be able to be shipped to a P.O. Box, APO/FPO address or the U.S. Territories (due to carrier restrictions). You will be alerted to this at Checkout when you select your shipping method. Items shipped directly by a third party are not available for delivery to a P.O./APO/FPO Box, U.S. Territories, Alaska or Hawaii. Bottomless Bowl & More orders cannot be expedited.
If a single warehouse can't fill your order, it may arrive in multiple shipments at no additional shipping charge. As items are shipped, we will send you emails detailing the shipments and tracking numbers.
We make every attempt to ship orders from our warehouses within 24 hours. Items shipped by a third party generally ship within the timeframes specified on the product detail pages. However, your Order Status email will provide you with shipping information specific to your order if unanticipated delays occur.

Safety Regulations: Check the voltage marked on the pump and to be sure that it corresponds to the main voltage at the installation site. The pump must be plugged into a differential switch (GFCI), of which the rated current is less than or equal to 30mA.
The pump can operate in either a wet or dry application (submersed or out of water, with the exception of mod 800 which can run only in wet condition). Never operate the pump without water inside the impeller chamber or with liquids at a temperature higher than 95°F. Always remove the plug from the power socket prior to working on the pump. Never replace the power cord on the pump; if it is damaged, the pump must be discarded. The product is in compliance with the current safety regulations.
Installation: Position the pump so the power cord will not be damaged.
Model 800: The water flow rate is adjustable by means of the special regulation present both on the model with front cover and on the one with elongated pre-chamber. The pump is manufactured to connect with 1/2" pipes and accessories.
Model 1200 version with front cover: The pump is threaded only on the output side and can be attached to 1/2" couplings and accessories, easily found on the market. On the intake, a front cover with regulation A allows variation of the flow rate and head of the pump.
Model 1200, 3000, 4000, 4000HH, 5000, 6000 version with elongated pre-chamber: The pump is threaded on both intake and output sides with 1/2" (model 1200), 3/4" (model 4000HH) and 1" (models 3000, 4000, 5000, 6000) fittings. The thread has a standard GAS pitch (Europe) or MPT (USA) and can be used with a vast range of couplings and accessories easily found on the market.
