Shipping costs are determined by the total weight of the order and by the shipping method selected. The total shipping charges will be displayed on the "Review and Submit Your Order" page, prior to placing your order.
Estimated Shipping will be displayed in the cart, based on standard ground shipping. Final shipping charges will be displayed on the review page, based on shipping method selected during checkout.

While most orders are delivered within the specified timeframes, some destinations may take longer. Estimated delivery times are not applicable to some items being shipped by a third party. If additional delivery time is required, it will be noted on the product detail page and at Checkout. Next Day packages will arrive one full business day after shipment. 2nd Day packages will arrive two full business days after shipment. Delivery times DO NOT include order processing time.
The size and/or weight of some items may limit the shipping methods and destinations available. Items that are oversized, overweight, or have other legal restrictions may not be able to be shipped to a P.O. Box, APO/FPO address or the U.S. Territories (due to carrier restrictions). You will be alerted to this at Checkout when you select your shipping method. Items shipped directly by a third party are not available for delivery to a P.O./APO/FPO Box, U.S. Territories, Alaska or Hawaii. Bottomless Bowl & More orders cannot be expedited.
If a single warehouse can't fill your order, it may arrive in multiple shipments at no additional shipping charge. As items are shipped, we will send you emails detailing the shipments and tracking numbers.
We make every attempt to ship orders from our warehouses within 24 hours. Items shipped by a third party generally ship within the timeframes specified on the product detail pages. However, your Order Status email will provide you with shipping information specific to your order if unanticipated delays occur.

Important Safeguards
Warning. To guard against injury, basic safety precautions should be observed including the following:
Read and follow all safety instructions.
- Danger. To avoid possible electric shock, special care should be taken since water is employed in the use of aquarium equipment. Follow the instructions carefully.
- All aquarium appliances must be disconnected from the main power supply before servicing an aquarium or conducting any activity that allows direct contact with the water. Warning: Disconnect the power from all aquarium appliances before putting hands into the aquarium.
- Do not operate any aquarium appliance which malfunctions or is damaged in any way. The power cord of this appliance cannot be replaced. If the electrical cord or plug is damaged, discard the appliance.
- Warning: The motor has no user serviceable parts. Do not attempt repairs yourself; return the appliance to an authorized service facility for service or discard the appliance.
- To avoid the possibility of the appliance plug or receptacle getting wet, position the aquarium to one side of a wall-mounted receptacle preventing water from dripping onto the socket or plug.
- Warning: Use a drip loop. A drip loop should be arranged by the user for each cord connecting an aquarium appliance to a socket. The drip loop is that part of the electrical cord below the level of the socket (or the connector if an extension cord is used) to prevent water from traveling along the cord and coming in contact with the socket.
If the plug or receptacle does get wet, don't unplug the cord. Disconnect the fuse or circuit breaker that supplies power to the appliance. Then unplug and examine for presence of water in the socket.
- Warning: To prevent electric shock, supply electrical power through a wall mounted Residual Current Device (GFI Ground Fault Circuit Interrupter) with a residual operating current not exceeding 30mA. If the appliance shows any sign of current leakage or if the GFI switches off, disconnect the power supply from mains and remove the appliance from the water.
- Warning: Do not permit children to use this appliance unless they are closely supervised by an adult at all times.
- Warning: Do not use an appliance for other than its intended use. The use of attachments not recommended or sold by the appliance manufacturer may cause an unsafe condition.
- Warning: Do not immerse this appliance deeper than 40 inches.
- Warning: Do not operate this appliance out of water. Always unplug an appliance when not in use, before putting or or taking off parts, and before cleaning. Never yank cord to pull plug from socket. Grasp the plug and pull to disconnect.
- Do not install or store the appliance where it will be exposed to the weather or to temperatures below freezing.
- Make sure the appliance is securely installed before operating it.
- Read and observe all important notices on the appliance.
- If an extension cord is necessary, a cord with proper rating should be used. A cord rated for less amperes or watts than the appliance rating may overheat. Care should be taken to arrange the cord so that it will not be tripped over or pulled.
- Caution: Powerhead must not run dry.

Installation and Operation
Caution: Disconnect the electrical plug of all appliances inside the aquarium before putting hands into the water.
It is recommended that the sponge pad is rinsed before first installation.- Place the filter in the aquarium using the suction cups, ensuring that the horizontal water outlet is at a minimum of 1 cm below the water surface.
- Plug into power source.
