Locking system on front doors and food doors is easy for humans, but very difficult for birds! Three interior food bowls are accessible by solid swing open doors so you never have to reach inside the cage. Optional slide-out grate will not allow your bird to escape when the grate is not in place. Natural wood perches--no boring dowels! Perches are made of yellow-cow wood, lighter yet harder than manzanita. Specially designed skirt--no clips or bolts. Shelf for handy, organized storage of all your bird's accessories and necessities. To be effective, warranty card must be signed by the purchaser and mailed, along with a copy of your receipt, within ten days of purchase. This warranty is non-transferable.
When these instructions are followed, Avian Adventures, Inc. warrants this product against defects resulting from faulty material or workmanship as follows:
Avian Adventures Cages are covered by warranty for a period of six months for powder coat and 36 months for stainless steel from the consumer's date of purchase. Avian Adventures, Inc. will at its option, either replace or repair the defective product. After the specified period, repair charges will be your responsibility. This warranty does not cover any damages due to accident, misuse, abuse, negligence, or failure to follow instructions.
Powder Coated Cages: Although the powder coating on these cages is designed for long-term use, keeping a cage outside in humid weather or excessive washing (including power-washing) will result in premature rusting. The powder coating on these cages has been independently tested and has proven to be zinc and lead free. Due to the strength of a bird's beak, the powder coat finish is not warranted beyond original installation. This warranty does not cover painted surfaces damaged during handling or installation.
Repair or replacement as provided under this warranty is the exclusive remedy of the customer. Avian Adventures, Inc. shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages for breach of any expressed or implied warranty on this product. Except to the extent prohibited by applicable law, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness of a particular purpose on this product is limited to the duration of this warranty.
