Zoo Med Hermit Crab Sand

• All natural calcium carbonate substrate.
• Provides a source of calcium necessary for the health of all hermit crabs.
• Natural pigment. No paint or dyes used in processing.

Instructions: Pour contents of bag into bottom of terrarium. Depth of Hermit Crab Sand should be 3" sloping down to 1 1/2".

Note: To aid in maintaining higher humidity levels and allow more burrowing activity, mix sand with Zoo Med's Hermit Soil Coconut Fiber Bedding.

Cleaning: Clean out debris as needed (at least once a week) using Zoo Med's Hermit Crab Scooper. If foul odor persists replace sand.
