Petco Premium Zipline Dog Seat Belt

Keep your dog safe and secure while traveling with you in the car. Our Petco Premium Zipline Dog Seat Belt gives you an array of possibilities for securing your dog in the car. Using the heavy duty open hooks you can attach the adjustable length, durable nylon web tether to the rear passenger seat belt tabs, rear passenger handles, rear seat belts, or by using the heavy duty carabiner with a cargo hook. Each position will allow different sized dogs comfort and mobility without allowing too much room to roam. You can use the Petco Premium Zipline Dog Seat Belt with any harness but for utmost safety and comfort we recommend the Petco Premium Seat Belt Harness (sold separately).

Assemply Instructions:

1. Attach the two hooks onto the rear passenger seat belt tabs with the end of the zip line with the cam buckle on the driver's side.
2. Using your left hand, lock the rear driver's side seat belt in place by swiftly pulling down on the seat belt strap.
3. Using your right hand, grab the extra zip line webbing and apply constant pressure to ensure seat belt stays locked.
4. Use your left hand to reach over and lock the passenger seat belt in position using the same swift pulling motion.
5. With the 2 seat belts locked, pull on the extra zip line webbing in your right hand to remove all slack.
6. Roll up the extra webbing towards the cam buckle and secure using the bungee and toggle system.
7. Tug on each seat belt to ensure they are locked prior to attaching your dog. (this is a requirement before each trip)
8. Attach carabiner onto zipline then attach the leash clip to the harness D-ring.
9. Locate the appropriate leash nook that allows your pet to sit up and lay the loop down onto the Carabiner.

Rear Passenger Handle Installation:

1. Place both hooks on the rear passenger handles.
2. Tighten the zip line by pulling on the extra webbing through the cam buckle.
3. Roll up the extra webbing towards the cam buckle and secure using the bungee and toggle system.
4. Attach carabiner onto zipline then attach the leash clip to the harness D-ring.
5. Locate the appropriate leash nook that allows your pet to sit up and lay the loop down onto the carabiner.

Seat Belt Installation:

1. Buckle seat belt then attach the carabiner.
2. Attach the leash clip to the harness D-ring.
3. Locate the appropriate leash nook that allows your pet to sit up and lay the loop down onto the carabiner.

Cargo Hook Installation:

1. Attach carabiner to cargo hook.
2. Attach the leash clip to the harness D-ring.
3. Locate the appropriate leash nook that allows your pet to sit up and lay the loop down onto the carabiner.
